At Navarro Llima Abogados we started September with important news, and we could not wait to tell you about it. Therefore, we begin with the trip that part of our team made to Japan, led by Jaime J. Navarro (Managing Partner of Navarro Llima Abogados) both to continue providing legal advice to Japanese companies, and to celebrate with Mr. Motoki Kudo (CEO of E-Horizon) the emergence of the company Levante S.A.<\/p>\n

On the occasion of the recent creation of the company Levante S.A., our CEO and lawyer Jaime J. Navarro, attended last Saturday to the celebration of the event in Japan.<\/p>\n

This new company is oriented towards business and investments in both Spain and Japan, for companies of both nationalities, with the main objective of creating a bridge between these countries and thus facilitating investments for all parties.<\/p>\n
Navarro Llima Abogados, has extensive experience in the Japanese market due to its continuous participation in different legal projects in this country, consequently; embarking on this project is a way to consolidate and to be able to transmit all the legal knowledge related to the negotiations between both countries.<\/p>\n

There are several sectors in which they will specialise, particularly in the world of gastronomy and real estate investment. However, it will not neglect other sectors either, due to the incipient and continued interest of Japanese business groups that have businesses they want to develop in Spain and people from here who want to develop their activity in Japan.<\/p>\n

Japan is currently the third largest market in the world, achieving average profitability ratios of between 3% and 10% in the real estate sector. This is an excellent business opportunity, considering that in the world power China, this ratio is much lower.<\/p>\n
